Movement is the magic — you get it yet?

During Capricorn season, I kept us all really grounded. We worked from the feet up. We spent time with our toes. The idea being that the more connected we are to our lower body (hips, knees, ankles, feet) we can feel energetically and physically stable and strong. In this class we explore a sequence of yoga postures to open and relieve those spaces, by remaining low to the ground from a position known at quadruped — referring to hands and feet connected to the earth. We use the earth’s energy (aka gravity) to move around the body.

This class would be lovely for morning movement or after a workout.

Asana we practice: child’s, threaded needle, down down, up dog, embryo, bear holds.
