Fun fact about me is I really committed to my consistent movement practice using YouTube! I was in the Peace Corps when I got really into yoga. I would download videos and take them to site with me on a hard drive and repeat the meditations and flows until the next time I had internet. I leaned into and loved the ritual work of this. I tapped into the way the body remembers shapes, transitions and witnessed embodied change within this container.
I am constantly creating so this is also a great space to do that and share freely. From at home meditations or flows, to videos that share resources, or to address commonly asked questions that it’s in my scope to answer.

A guided workbook on the 7 chakras
A brief review on this healing lineage, the major energy centers, the subtle body, the four currents, and kundalini energy.
In the middle of the pandemic, I decided to get real with my relationship to how I was nourishing my body. I worked with a food and body coach to understand and heal disordered eating patterns, I also discovered a book that helped me better understand my body’s energy centers.
Eastern Body, Western Mind: Psychology and the Chakra System as a Path to the Self by Anodea Judith was a transformative text for me and continues to serve as my resource when I need to work with my major chakras today.
This workbook is a creative project I created to help teach and guide friends who want to learn about this energetic system using affirmations, journal prompts and lifestyle suggestions I put together in this 30-page workbook!

Whether the symbol of the circle appears in sun worship or modern religion, in myth or dreams, in the mandalas drawn by Tibetan monks, or in the spherical concepts of astronomy, it always points to a vital aspect of life — wholeness.
