Yoga is my hometown.
I guide people — into shapes and spaces —
to cultivate connection, confidence & calm.
Born and raised in Maine. Cat mom.
Loves a good book and a good party.
Big believer in nature, travel & spirit.
My undergraduate education is in Public Health and Sociology. In my teens, I dreamed of a career in women’s health. During my Peace Corps service as health volunteer in 2018, I found success in offering free movement classes to my community and teaching young adults about physical and mental health. My attention pivoted to spirituality, holistic wellbeing, and movement. I spent many hours on the mat and in my hammock diving deep into the yoga practice.
The healing nature of the yoga practice was transformational.
I read, I reflected, I released.
I meditated and moved in new ways.
I unlocked a source channel deep within.

My Warrior Journey
Yoga found me.
My relationship to my body guided me to explore self acceptance through mindful movement and meditation.
My approach to the yoga practice is rooted in a process of curiosity and care, to remember to embody the love we hold in our hearts.
It’s all a loving practice.

The Set (60 mins) and The Full Solar (90 mins) are distinct Awakening Yoga sequences.
