You can find me guiding shapes and spaces at Portland Yoga Collective — in the lovely downtown Portland, Maine.

  • Sunday 9:30am - 75 minute vinyasa

  • Sunday 11:00am - 60 minute vinyasa (The Set)

  • Tuesdays 5:30pm - 60 minute vinyasa

  • Thursday 9:30am - 60 minute vinyasa

A strong dynamic flow incorporating alignment principles, intention setting and the belief that practice makes practice, not perfection.

Come as you are for a challenging flow with options to modify at every level of practice. Expect breath work, standing poses and inversions!

My classes feel like a mini self-retreat and an opportunity to find what feels good! You can expect to move, breathe and relax with the intent to cultivate inner connection to the self and greater awareness of the body.

You may observe a re-balance between you and your experiences, relationships and energy in this world.
