You can expect to practice yoga asana, intentional breath work and feel energetically restored with the intent to cultivate an open connection to the self and greater awareness of the body.

You may observe a compassionate re-balance between you and your experiences, relationships and systems in our world.

Portland Yoga Collective

The sweetest studio in downtown Portland. Exposed brick and smiling students, this space has that “home studio” vibe. From sweaty classed slow flow, this yoga collective has an amazing schedule that will meet you where you feel like moving today. 

  • Sunday 9:30am - 75 minute vinyasa

  • Sunday 11:00am - 60 minute vinyasa (The Set)

  • Tuesdays 5:30pm - 60 minute vinyasa

A strong dynamic flow incorporating alignment principles, intention setting and the belief that practice makes practice, not perfection.

Come as you are for a challenging flow with options to modify at every level of practice. Expect breath work, standing poses and inversions!

Awakening Yoga at PYC with Liz Merci !

Liz completed her second 200-hour yoga teacher training, mobility and functional movement course, and breath work facilitator class with the folks of Awakening Yoga Academy!

A personal training and group fitness gym right off route one in Falmouth, Maine! A sweet spot to build muscle and mobility in the body. Safe, proper and guided strength by expert and passionate movement professionals. 

  • Tuesday 3pm — 45 minutes

  • Wednesday 10am — 60 minutes

  • Thursday 8am & 10am — 60 minutes

MINDFUL MOVEMENT

A blend of slow flow, deep stretch and functional movement to an easy listening playlist. We might be in a gym, but we’re catching the vibe. This class compliments any fitness plan, pre/post workout, or serves as a great recovery practice to support you to build balance, body awareness, range of motion, feel relaxed and soul nourished!

MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Fall 1: October 3rd — October 31st.
Fall 2: November 7th — December 19th.

Let’s get strong, calm and connected! A blend of meditation, deep breathing, gentle/restorative, vinyasa and hatha yoga expertly woven together to create a joyful journey on the yoga mat for all level of practitioners! These will be fun, creative, inspiring sequences that will guide you to connect to the body and make space for self-compassion. This class will help you build muscle, practice balance, and explore range of motion in major joints — all to a great playlist!

This class is adaptable and accessible to all adults.
