Together we practice yoga asana, meditation, pranayama and contemplation to awaken and expand our awareness.
My intention is to guide us toward a space of deep connection and compassion to the self, mind and our bodies.

A blend of mindful movement, yoga fundamentals, functional body strength, meditation teachings, spiritual spells, basic calisthenics, and balance challenges.

💥 Sat — 75 min vinyasa | 8am at The Portland Yoga Project Downtown
