take your time move to meditate

In the studio, gym, or community space . . .

Please join me for class in person!

My classes feel like a retreat inward — to slow down, witness & move with love.

Together we practice yoga asana, meditation, pranayama and contemplation to awaken and expand our awareness.
My intention is to guide us toward a space of deep connection and compassion to the self, mind and our bodies.

LOVE from merci yogis —

Emily

Elizabeth effortlessly transforms the rawness of being human into a beautiful flow that leaves you with a sense of fullness. I love that the class is so personal, I’ve never felt so comfortable going at my own pace and listening to my own body.

Chris

Liz always brings a spicy flow and a lot of strength building on the mat. Great class!

Samantha

I am so inspired by Liz and her practice of Awakening Yoga. This is my favorite class I’ve been to at PYC. I can’t wait to keep learning from her!

Jillian

Liz’s class is such a breath of fresh air! She is an experiences teacher with a deep knowledge of anatomy and sequencing. It is difficult to find a teacher like this so I highly recommend taking her class!

Bella

Liz provides a calming and relaxing environment while simultaneously pushing your body to limits you didn’t know existed. Her breath work is so incredibly grounding and her presence is kind, motivating and inviting. I feel reset for success every time I leave this class and look forward to it every time I book!

Shaun

Awesome times a million. Really enjoy the fun sequences Liz comes up with. She is great at explaining cues and positions. She also has an amazing overall practice and she made me feel welcome to share in that practice.
