Yoga Tone With Liz IRL!


It’s been a wild ride keeping myself and everyone around me updated on what the eff I’ve been up to recently. My “work” is different every single day and it’s been crazy trying to figure out how to keep it all well organized! If you follow me on social media you might have noticed the increase in stories about notebooks and planners. I’m craving routine and I feel like I’m very slowly getting there.

That’s why I’m so pumped to share that I’ll have a regular yoga teaching job at World Gym on Marginal Way in Portland, Maine!

Every Saturday morning from 8am – 9am you can flow with me for just $5!

If you have a World Gym membership, then it’s FREE! Well, you’ve already paid but it’s included! 🙂

What should you expect? I’m a yoga instructor first, so we’ll warm up with postures and get our bodies loose with a little flow. I’ll challenge you to use your body weight as we move through strength work like push-up, squats, maybe even some boat pose holds. Total body stuff! I might throw in a little cardio if I’m feeling feisty. Finally we will slow it down for stretching and a soothing shavasana.

This class is a great way to get your body moving and turn on your muscles if you’re getting ready for a workout. Women and men of all bodies and various mobility are more than welcome! If you’re a yogi and looking to learn ways to weave in strength work, you should totally stop by. It’s what I do best!
