I met Caitlin at TULA when I took my very first spin/cycle class in a long time. I was terrified as shit because I once took a spin class in college once and it was miserable and I was slightly scarred.
I signed up for the TULA Burn and Breath class, which is a combo class of cycle and yoga. I figured I could totally handle 30 minutes of spin. It was hard AF. But Caitlin was great.
One thing I appreciate about Caitlin is how she does not give off those classic “owner vibes.” She doesn’t act like she owns the place, even though she technically does. I thought she was just your average cycle instructor until I reached out to see if I could help the studio in any way and I was connected with her. She’s humble. She’s chill. I’ll let her speak for herself…
