10 Inspiring Podcasts on Wellness, Yoga, and Success.

Podcasts are amazing resources. I love listening to people talk about what they’ve learned in life as well as the stories that have shaped them significantly.

I personally enjoy podcasts about health, yoga, feminism, and career advice.

My favorite time to listen is when I’m cooking. Chopping veggies can be fun sometimes. Also. Peace Corps = a lot of alone time. Podcasts are wonderful background noise as I do the laundry, sweep my always dusty house, or fill in my bullet journal.

It’s so easy to learn about a podcast, who the hosts are, and what other people think about it. Read the podcast description and a few titles of their episodes to get a better feel for it. Apple podcasts makes it really easy to review if you hated or loved it. Obviously keep in mind that the people who are inclined to review probably felt pretty strong one way or the other, but it doesn’t hurt to read them.

If I’m exploring a new podcast, I won’t subscribe right away but I’ll download a few random episodes that sound interesting. After I listen, I’ll decide to subscribe or not and adjust the settings accordingly. You should pay attention to this to make sure your device doesn’t automatically download every new episode of every subscribed podcast, because that can take up serious storage space quickly.

So, here are my all time favorites with their podcast description from iTunes.

Podcast I subscribe to = love every episode.

  1. Great post Liz! I just got into listening to podcasts and love them. I also like listening while cooking or on my drive into work. Candace’s Namaslay is awesome and I’ve been exploring a bunch of others, two of them being dear sugars, and the yoga moves you podcast. I use spotify, I’ll have to look for the ones on your list 🙂
