Sweetest Emilie!
For a while we crossed paths but didn’t connect much. We both had guards up. We both were going through stuff – healing through change.
Little by little, in our own individual times, we began to open up and talk to each other. Emilie is a flower, she flourishes when you give her a little sunshine and patience.
Emilie feels like a gift, and it made me giggle when she said her occupation was an Earth Angel. I couldn’t agree more. She has a grounding presence, a warmth to her that comes from deep work. I sense that I can count on Emilie. Meaning I can trust her to show up for herself first, her people second and give an authentic interaction true to the moment, time and place. She is tuned in and people pick up on that.
I love asking her questions about astrology because she’s got all that knowledge at her fingertips. She offers reiki, reads energy, and can interpret tarot cards and the stars for you if you need. She is generous and loving.
I truly don’t know her super well – we’ve been on friendly terms only since this year, but I think she is a superb person to sit in a sauna, chat about life with, and giggle over wellness/health topics.
She teaches barre and yoga at Tula and various other places around town. Check that below. Before you scoot to one of her classes, learn more about this Energy/Tarot Reader Earth Angel Life Coach who I deeply admire.

On her nightstand: Several books on Personal Growth + Development, a plant, crystals, and tarot cards
Random item in your bag right now: A note from someone I barely knew that says POWERFUL. It was part of a recent leadership exercise I did at a workshop, it was an effective trait/behavior someone in my group wrote down describing their first impression of me. There’s more to the story but that’s the short version.
What book do you always recommend: Just one book? This is challenging, but if I have to choose just one, it’d be: Now or Never by Alexi Panos and Preston Smiles
What does your self care/love routine look like?My morning spiritual practice is non-negotiable and part of my daily self-care routine. Before I get out of bed I either think of three things I’m grateful for or set my intention with a word or phrase. Then greet the day while my pup does her business. Followed by a cup of Ceremonial Cacao and meditation (with some self Reiki practices), journal, and tarot cards.
Days I need some extra self care or to totally re-calibrate, I go to the beach.
Describe your fitness/movement routine in one sentence: My fitness/movement routine keeps shifting. I like mixing it up for both my physical and emotional body. I like to be on the go and I also like stillness and slowing down. I teach about 10 barre and yoga classes a week, but I needed something for myself so I started taking spin classes at TULA to break up the routine and it feels good. I am loving my personal yin practice at home and at the studios I teach at. I can’t say I have a daily physical practice, but I do appreciate when I can take my teacher hat off and be the student. Also, I do love riding my road bike everywhere for long road rides or quick city rides (except in winter).
